Tweed HSC students wished well
Tweed Year 12 students beginning their Higher School Certificate exams have received the best wishes from their local State MP, Geoff Provest.
“Hundreds of Tweed students have just begun one of the great challenges of their teenage years and I want them to know I am backing them all the way,” Mr Provest said.
“As a father myself, I know how important this is for kids and it can cause all sorts of tensions around the home.”
“Give your kids all the support you can, so they can put their best foot forward and get the results they deserve.”
Mr Provest said it while it was important to work hard for the best outcome, families should also remember that a poorer than expected HSC result would not be a catastrophe.”
“At that age there are plenty more opportunities in life. So long as you've done your best, you should have no regrets,” he concluded.
